L2P Flowchart dataprocessor or datacontroller (English)

This flowchart can be used to find out whether you are a processor, (joint) controller, recipient and/or supplier. In case of a processor, a data processing agreement is mandatory. Note: the fact that there is no processor-controller relationship, does not take away the fact that a data exchange agreement may be needed.
